POOR SERVICE AND NO UPDATED SYSTEM

I did cancel my policy (5130689433) with Discovery on the end off March, the consultant requested that I need to send a mail to state my cancelation and reason why, I did so and stoped the payment from there onwards. A month later they took a payment from my acount after I already cancelled my policy. So I phoned them to ask what is going on. the consultant told me my policy is not cancelled I need to type a letter and sign it and then send it to them I did so. and today 07 / 05 / 2013 they send me a message that state im behind with my account this is realy poor and I am not happy with this at all. please correct your system I have canncelled my policy with discovery twise now.
