Client request not adhered to

I currently have a Policy with Outsurance (OT16626068) on my Ford Fiesta 1.4i Ambiente. I called the supplier on Friday, 22 February 2013 to have my policy cancelled as I received a better offer from another insurance company. They kept me on the line for a good 15 minutes trying to convince me otherwise. I was adamant that I want it cancelled.

Instead of cancelling, they sent me a revised schedule which im not interested in. Im scared that they might not cancel and i will have a double debit order from my bank account to 2 insurance co's on 1 April 2013.
