I requested a quote (OT21296886) from Outsurance for vehicle cover, was told by the agent that the insurance would only become effective once we had taken the car for an inspection and the the inspection company has supplied Outsurance with a "clearance" certificate. FIRSTLY, this never happened we decided to hold off on proceeding with cover from Outsurance I sent an e-mail to cancel the offer. Regardless my account was still debited at the end of March, I then called outsurance and spoke to Shaheer Mahomed Ali, who was friendly and helpful and said the matter would be resolved however despite all this my account was again debited end of April in the amount of R746.
Please can this matter be resolved I would appreciate some feedback ASAP.
