Adding unwanted insurance fees to my account

PATHETIC!!! I've spent 30 minutes being transferred from one call-centre to the next to get this sorted out and still no luck! How do you people even operate? FNB contacted ME to sell an insurance policy for my credit card, I never wanted it and now FNB added a debit order to my account!!! I'm closing this credit card account A.S.A.P.!
