I have noticed that an amount of R109 has been debited off my account for the past 2 months and I queried it with FNB only to find out that I apparently took out an accident policy with you and FNB??? I have no knowledge of this and the FNB call centre who handles these policies cannot see who called me and when. It is to take money off a persons account without their consent. Now FNB is returning one debit and I expect the owing debit to be in my account by the end of this week. I will be taking this up further. This is absolutely unacceptable.
