No one willing to assist

My sister is currently in Hong Kong and will be there for another 16 months. About 2 weeks ago she was suddenly unable to draw any money using her FNB Easy plan card. Since then, we have been trying to solve this by:
* My mother going into her branch to ask assistance - they said she must reset her pin online, however, you cant do this for an Easy Plan account.
* My sister phoning her branch - they said they cant help her because she is not in the country
* I went into a branch and asked for assistance - when I asked the lady "but dont you have any customers that travel and pick up issues with their cards", she responded "No, we dont". Seriously, FNB does not have a single client that travels overseas and had their card, or lost... like ever???
* My sister phoned the international FNB number, and they also said they cant help because of all the, they cant prove it is her speaking.

So... we now have a 20 year old girl, working in Hong Kong with no access to her money. And according to FNB, the only way to solve it, is for her to fly back to SA, go into a branch, and then fly back.

No one is willing to listen or help. I cannot believe this.
