E Wallet is a disaste

I've just joined FNB because I heard they are the best bank. I was introduced to eWallet which I was told is used as a tool to tranfer money without any bank card. I was in a situation last night where I was stuck without any bank cards then I asked my associate to deposit money for me via the much talked about eWallet. I once used it in the past so I thought let me use the service again. I used the same pin I got via text message but it kept saying wrong pin until it prompt me to reset pin. I used the same pin but couldnt access the money. If I reset I will only get money after 24 hours & mind you I needed the money urgently. I thought to myself I will take my id first thing in the morning to visit the branch. At the branch this lady told me there is nothing they can do as I need to remove the pin. I was suppose to use the previous one I was told. She said there is no contingency plan that is in place to assist me. Her 3 colleagues agreed with her. A financial instution like FNB doesnt have any plan B if their system fail me as the client, I'm disappointed to say the least. Dat leaves much to be desired about the technical team.24 hours waiting is just too much. Left branch
