No clue what they are doing

On the 17th of April I got a settlement for my game account which is part of the RCS group and I paid the account and was only outstanding R1099.95 and the reason I never pay this was I had an item that I needed to return for the same value and I was debited for an amt of 728 on the 20/04/2013. On the 21/04/2013 i returned the item and at the account department at game she said that i will get the refund on 24/04/2013 so I phoned the headoffice on the 23/04/2013 to get feedback and then a guy by the name Yusrei told me that i will have the funds on 03/05/2013. On the 25/04/2013 I called again just to follow up because there is no feedback from RCS a lady picks up and she says to me that the money will be in my account on the 30/04/2013 but i need to send them documents and I did send it through and I still didn't receive my refund it's now 2wks. I called on the 02/05/2013 to get feedback again and a guy from accounts department said it takes time for the money to clear. I called 03/0/2013 and I am told that i will only get the money 09/05/2013. Clearly no one at RCS knows what they doing and the manager from RCS suppose to me back today with feedback and still hasn't called.
