Bad service by a branch manage

My sister works for metropolitan, she was paid by FNB cheuqe card and was told to go to any FNB branch to change it, we went to FNB in Brits Town, the branch manager told my sister that he doesnt have a code to change cheuqes she must go to the branch in Pretoria, while my sister was trying to understand why she has to go there, he started raising his voice speaking in Afrikaans, my sister told him she does not understand Afrikaans but he kept on and on, we left the branch very dissapointed asking ourselves if the manager has this kind of attitude towards customers what about all the people working under him, fortunately im not using FNB and she is also not using FNB, next month her salary will be deposited into her Absa acc, we wont get to experience such a treatment again
