I spoke to John Jacobs on the 29th of April 2013 to get a quote for a Nissan and he wasn't able to beat my current insurance. He promised that somebody will phone me back the same day to arrange payment of the R400 that Outsurance advertises on TV and radio. This is now the 2nd of May and I still haven't heard anything back from any department.
I hope this is not some empty promise as I'm sure the Consumer Protection Act will be able to assist me if I don't hear anything back from Outsurance.
