I recently had a complaint with regards to my claim process!
Shaun Marshall was the poor person who had to get the short end of my Temper! Coming from a customer focused background I have high expectations and when not met I get utterly frustrated!
I would just like to thank Shaun Marshall, He always remained calm, informative and sympathetic - He assured me he would keep on top of the process and he did just that! I was most likely his worst nightmare, he however remained on top form.out of all the people I dealt with he is the only one who stuck to their promise of following up and giving feedback.
Definately an Asset to Momentum!
