I had an accident on the 06/04/2013 and reported it to the insurance who then sent a breakdown to uplift my car. they then sent through their assessor to verify the damage on the 10/04, on his report he mentioned that the car was repairable and he estimated a 12 day period for the repaires to be finished. Ever since the 10/04 till today I have been calling the call center to locate what is happening to my car and have been sent from pillaar to post without a definite answer as to where my car is and when it will be repaired. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. Everyday I call and request to speak to the person handling my case, I get told she is not available and they (Agent) will send an urgent message to call me, up until today I have never received a call from Tshollo whom I was told was handling my claim. I then requested to speak to the team leader who also was not available everytime I wanted to speak to her, I then opted for the manager who also is never available. I have no idea who to turn to. My car is still nowhere near the repairers and no one has the gutts to tell me what is really happening. I have spent a lot of money on calls holding.
