Internet Banking Problems

I have been trying to log into internet banking since Tuesday Morning.
I log in and am automatically logged out again.
From 3 different PC browsers and on the Android app.
I called the call centre (08600 08600) And I was waiting for the call to be answered for about 37 minutes, at which point I gave up trying. Two days later and I still cannot pay my bills.
