The worst service ever ABSA

I am trying to register my cellphone and Internet banking. the service keeps failing to respond. i called an operator on their national number 08600 08600. he was rude and unhelpful. he forced me ti hold a line and put me through to Internet banking option which again failed to respond and just cut of the call. i am sick and tired of this service of ABSA as this isn't the first time that ABSA has failed to deliver on my banking request. they need to catch a wake up call and stop hiding behind their false and image of being the best and most convenient means of banking. Please sort out your False stupid adverts or live up to your tall and false claims.
