Thank you absa for the truelly PATHETIC service... its been a week, and they have sent me a letter which they sent to everyone lodging a complaint. I have just contacted 0800 41 41 41, put on hold, then they supposedly put me through to the person that handles my complaint and THEN cut offf... Been a client for 15 years and they don't even have the decency to call me. Needless to say I'll be changing banks, and I've contacted a legal representative and we're just waiting on Absa to give us their signed or recorded confirmation of authorizing this debit order.
