At the end of October, November and December 2012 my account was debited with out my knowledge or authorization. It has taken me 3 months to get a response from ABSA advising that the debit came from Stratcol ltd. My corrospondence with ABSA was via email as I do not have the time during the day to hold on for hours waiting for someone to answer the phone, especially since I am phoning from Scotland where I am working temporarly on a project.
The debit order must be cancelled with immediate effect! This is completely unacceptable that I can not trust my bank to keep my funds secure and that external companies are able to debit funds from my account!
I am still trying to get resolution with this from both Absa and Stratcol.
Extremely unhappy customer.
