I have sent in 3 reports regarding the very poor service from Absa insurence. The last report i sent in was last week 24 Jan 14. On 28 January 14, a lady from Absa contacted me and confirmed that she has given the go ahead to PG glass to come and repair thte broken windows that were busted during the massive hailstorm last year November 13. Anyone besides Absa that reads this report, will think, my gosh a haelstorm that damaged somebody's house close to 4 months ago, still has had no repairs done, that is pathetic, BUT to Absa this is the normal type of client service they give. Well to say the least, to take a pensioner's monthly payments for close to 20 years and then to give a loyal client such poor service, is probably that makes Absa get their profit. Well Absa, i have reported you to the Ombudsman and this is going legal now, besides the repair cost that were about R2500.00, has now increased to about R20 000 because of the rain inside the house.
