I have taken a cellular contract through Bayport my phones were delivered on 12/4/2013.
That evening I tried using my Samsung pocket to find it doesn't connect to wi-fi so I then contacted them on Monday the 15/4/2013. Until today I am waiting for them to collect the phone for repairs, which I feel is not necessary as the phone wasn't even a week old they could just replace handset. Now today I called them because my Blackberry 9360 is now faulty the screen seems to have packed up. To be told the same thing they will e-mail me a repair form which I need to return to them via e-mail or fax and I will be contacted when they can collect the phone or I can take it to my closest Cel C outlet who will then send it to blackberry for assessment. They don't seem to understand my 1st debit order will be going off on the 25th but I don't have phones that I can use. They don't seem to really care at all as long as they are getting their money. I also get told that I must remember that I could be liable for the repair costs on the blackberry but this is something that went wrong with the phone itself not something I did.
