I noticed that my ebucks reward stopped. Called fnb they told me that I must have opted out of receiving marketing information from them.
It is definitely possible that i asked not to receive junkmail from fnb, BUT at no point was i told that if i do so my e-bucks would stop.
In any event i called in and was told it has to go to another department to get reactivated and that I would get a call confirming such. that was a week ago and I am yet to have a call and am not sure if ebucks rewards has been re activated
