UNLAWFUL DEBIT ORDERS!!! POOR CLIENT SERVICE EVER

I AM VERY OFF AT AFRICAN BANK AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE... A BUNCH OF DUMB PEOPLE WORKING THERE THAT CAN HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH. I SPOKE TO SIYABONGA WHO CLAIMED HE WAS THE MANAGER AFTER I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AFTER GRACIOUS COULD NOT ASSIT ME. SIYABONGA CLAIMED HE WAS A MANAGER WHEN I ONLY FOUND OUT FROM OLIPHANT HE WAS A NORMAL CONSULTANT??? I HAD DEBIT ORDERS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TAKEN R75 ND R55 TWO TIMES A DAY SINCE 25 MAY 2013 UP TILL AUGUST 2013 AND WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND SIYABONGA TOLD ME" HE CAN SEE BY MY ID NUMBER IM STILL A CHILD HE WONT REVERSE THE MONEY"" AND HE DONT CARE ABOUT IT. NOW WHO THE SAYS THAT TO A CLIENT??? AFRICAN BANK OWES ME EXACTLY R2800 THAT THE LADY GRACIOUS SAID FOR ALL THAT MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN BECAUSE MY NORMAL DEBIT ORDERS WENT OFF AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN AREARS. I VISITED YOUR BRANCH HERE IN CAPE TOWN CENTRAL YESTERDAY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT REVESRE THE MONEY. I DEMAND A REVERSE AND I DEMAND THAT SOMEONE HIGHER THAN SIYABONGA TEACH HIM A LESSON BECAUSE YOU DONT JUDGE A CUSTOMER BY HIS/HER ID BECAUSE THATS CLEARLY WHAT HE DOES. I WANT SOMEONE TO PHONE ME BECAUSE IM TIRED IM WASTING MY AIRTIME TO YOUR HQ.!!!
