I am trying to make arrangement for my loan account but no one listens to me all they say is you are under administration and even when I say I am not they done believe me. They advise they cannot assist. I need urgently assistance as I need this matter resolved urgently. I need someone to listen to me and not look at their system thats wrong. Please Please Please help me. If not I would have to resort to legal action and the consumer protection as I received no help or communication from you guys (just one letter after 1year). Please can someone call me. All I want to do is make arrangements.
