Paying for policy twice

I have short fall policy insurance with Innovation, they are taking money from my MFC account and also from my bank account. I Spoke to Tyrell from customer care and email him the necessary proof/documents. Its been over two weeks no reply whatsoever. I can't get hold of him cause every time they transfer my call through to him.
