I applied for RCS Card at Decofurn on the 29/04/2013 and the consultant that assisted me told me it going to take 30 minutes to an hour so I waited for an 2 hours went back to him and he called only to find out there is missing info I received a call from a RCS representative I gave her all the information she required on the 30/04/2013 few hours later another call this time was asking for payslip I took it to Decofurn I waited only to find out they claim my payslip is not valid but a spreadsheet if how as it shows company name and everything they would need but i had to fax a bank statement and still nothing I had to call them so they can check the statement and I was told its gonna take an hour even today I haven't received a confirmation all I'm getting is all sorts of stories from RCS .What really annoys me is the incompetence of their staff no updates even if you call them you get different stories.
I find this service pathetic especially if my account has been pre approved that simply means RCS don't care about their clients or growing g their business. Not to mention the inconvenience they put me through its insane .i have never been belittled and unvalued like this
