To whom it may concern,
After this weekend I'm highly considering it to move my FNB account to another bank.
FNB is always boasting about their abilities to make life so much easier for their clients by providing excellent service. Well that service covers all aspects including ATM's.
The past couple of days I've tried more than once at 5 different locations to draw money from a FNB ATM and every time I get disappointed because not one is working sufficiently due to 'limited service'.
I can understand that ATM's are dependent on network services, but it is unacceptable that there is no accessibility for an entire weekend.
This is causing your clients a lot of trouble and expenses.
I trust that you will take this matter into consederation.
