42 min and counting

I been trying to get hold of Old Mutual on 0860 50 60 70 i been holding for 42 min and still no one is answering the telephone. How the do anyone expect to do business if the y let a client hold 42min to speak to someone no wonder everyone is distancing themselves from Old Mutual. A lady by the name of Lee eventualy answerd the phone and said it is a call center and they are very bussy. Holding for 42min to get a answer is totaly ridiciolus. Then i must still wait 15 working days to get my funds??? After waiting for almos a month being send up and down up and down never getting a straight answer if they received all teh documentataion. I would never in my life refer anyone to join Old mutual as the service is totaly pathetic.
