My account was recently suspended because we were on holiday, upon my return I paid the outstanding balance and called the call centre using my prepaid cell phone and having to listen to a long and unnecessary Information Voice Response to speak to a consultant.
I have spent close to R200.00 on air time holding to speak to a consultant, I then decided to log on to your useless internet site to try and reset / enable my service after payment at PnP (OF WHICH MY PAYMENT IS REFLECTING ON MY ACCOUNT) which should take 1hr to reconnect my service as per your IVR.
I kept getting the same error message when clicking your reset button "E16" error code "Your smartcard was not reset! "
What is the point of having a self service site that does not work? My payment is reflecting why are you not activating my account?
Since you know we are limited for choice in SA nothing will be done regarding your bad service!!!
