We are always quick to complain about bad service, yet when we receive good service we never say thank you or let others know.
Yesterday I purchased 3 vouchers from Dealclick's website and after receiving an e-mail from them confirming payment I did not receive my vouchers. I e-mailed them the proof of payment this morning and being impatient as I am, I also called their offices. A very helpful lady answered who searched the e-mails for mine and said it will be dealt with immediately by their finance people and that I should receive my vouchers soon.
Within 30 minutes I received my vouchers in my inbox.
