Still have no received Xmas orde

I ordered from groupon on the the 10th of December 2012, with 21 days to delivery. To date I have not received my order. Groupon doesn't answer my emails except with a Hello Groupie we will get back to your SOS which no one did and the one someone did answer me they sent me the terms and conditions which I had quoted in my mail. So obviously I had read them. I have tried to contact the supplier deco clocks and furniture and there is no answer to my emails and no one answers their landline. It is now over 30 days excluding all the public holidays in December. I find groupon's attitude and helpfulness pathetic. Can someone advise who I could contact to take this further.
