No delivery of goods or feedback

I ordered a nice iPad case from Groupon on the 12th December 2012 and to date I have not received delivery or any feedback whatsoever!! After sending numerous emails I have now asked for a full refund as this is bordering on!! All other online retailers have their act together and delivery is normally with 48 hours and NOT 48 DAYS (and counting...) like Groupon!! If you buy something from Groupon be prepared to wait weeks if not indefinitely!!
