I purchased a groupon (from their products, no outsourced supplier) on the 11th of October 2012, and it has still not been delivered. After 26 emails and as many phone calls. I still do not have an answer or update. Its absurd that you are quick to take our cash and then never live up to promises. The only answers I ever get is a 'delay' and a new promised delivery date, another 4-6 weeks later. The last correspondence was in January .. this was ignored (yet again) by groupon. How does one get service/delivery?
