I bought a Groupon in December 2012 for a Lily Bloom Handbag. After several weeks I had still not received my delivery and emailed Groupon regarding this (and another query). After several weeks I had not received feedback and went on Hello Peter. I immediately received feedback regarding my other query and was advised that they would get back to me regarding the handbag. After 2 weeks I emailed Groupon about this but received no response so now I am back on Hello Peter again. I will not accept that there is a problem with stock because a) it has been 4 months, b) I have seen these bags in shops in Gauteng and c) Lily Bloom has since had another Groupon for handbags.
