As a first time customer of Groupon, I was under the impression that I was purchasing a product with a lead time for delivery of four weeks. On date of purchase (9 January) I contacted Groupon to find out if payment was received and get a bit of feedback on delivery dates. "four weeks is our estimated delivery time, there is stock, so it will be much sooner! " After four weeks I followed up again.
After six weeks I asked for a refund. Someone was suppose to get back to me regarding my details and reason.
Following up once again after seven weeks... Yes! I received very exciting news, there was stock allocated to me for delivery before Friday!
Groupon was contacted yesterday 27 February after eight weeks of excitement and nothing but broken promises, and a inbox of more promises. Never again.
