I have emailed Groupon with a concern on redeeming a voucher i had purhased recently.
I had received no feedback, there emailed again to query on when i will gain delivery on the product. I was told the procedure for voucher redemption again, and non of my questions were answered.
My concern was that the product was limited and the deal kept extending, and due to a problem experienced in the past of a friend being refunded as Groupon could not supply everyone with the item advertised, naturally i was concerned as this was obtained as a gift.
I have emailed my query through again, and i have not received a response.
