I recently purchased a voucher on Groupon and when calling the provider to make an appointment to redeem my voucher I was told that Groupon made a mistake in regards to the value of the vouchers and that I would have to pay in an extra amount. I promptly emailed Groupon after ending the call to advise them of this and to request a refund if this was indeed the case and I was told I would receive feedback within 72 hours. This was on Tuesday 05/03/2013. I still have not received feedback.
I emailed them again today and received a reply that had no relation to my concerns and query. I emailed them back and I am still waiting for feedback.
If you are interested in receiving good service, perhaps Groupon is not the place to look for it!
