I initiated a ticket with full description of my problem (ticket 729518).
The product that was advertised (and that I ordered) is not the product that was delivered. I am still waiting for my ticket to be assigned to someone after 11 days. Seeing as Groupon seems to respond to Hello Peter within a couple of hours i figured i'd complain here instead of waiting another 10 days before my ticket gets any attention.
I am not very impressed with their call centre and and even less impressed that i have to resort to Hello Peter just to get a response to a ticket filed almost two weeks ago.
