GroupOn advertised a product which I purchased from them on 20121218. Their site stated to allow "up to 4 weeks for delivery". The past 2 weeks have been trying to follow up to find if and when the product will be shipped. Both emails was addressed to the products and accounts department. To this point I have received to feedback or response from them. In effect, I've lost now R600 that I've spent. I'm not the first person that have delivery problems. Fellow colleagues and friends have experienced the same from GroupOn.
