I'm just of Groupon all together. The services you provide or should I say, DONT provide are appallingly inadequate. As a PAYING customer, we should be notified immediately of every single change with regards to our purchases. Your Manager mentioned that you have an automated mail system that is being worked on, but is not efficient at the moment - What kind of BS is that, I am the customer, I couldn't give 2 flying you know what's! if your system isn't good enough, you should employ someone to send out personal notifications to every single customer who purchases from your site! We don't care what's going on in the background! That's your job. We have our own day jobs that we have to worry about.. I think it's ridiculous. I purchased a Family photo-shoot and had already given it to someone as a Birthday Gift, they were so chuffed about it they were crying happy tears, now I have to tell them that Groupon have and I will need to get them something else! On another bad note, the last time I requested a refund it took over 3 weeks, I had to check with Groupon EVERYDAY and ask a different person "what's happening with my refund? " EVERYDAY a different answer! SHOCKING
