Paid but no Voucher & NO FEEDBACK

On the 23rd of September I purchased 5 photobooks - BK photobook deal. I paid used the correct account info and ref no. The 24th no feedback on the 25th I logged a ticket with Groupon support. I received a ticket number (Ticket #82134) with an automated response stating I will receive feedback within 72 hours. It is now the 31st of October. Low and behold NOTHING was done NO ONE has contacted me. This is the second time. It is such a good "product" but the service is shocking. I since the 25th mailed the support team with my ticket number 4 TIMES - NOTHING!!! I do not accept this type of service and I don't think anyone should - unacceptable and I AM NOW TELLING EVERYONE HOW BAD GROUPON SERVICE IS - IT IS SHOCKING!!!
I want my voucher before the deal expires if not give me back my money and never contact me again
