I purchased a groupon voucher for a spa treatment. I copied and pasted the reference into my EFT reference section. I never received the voucher and then called the helpline with this matter.. They told me that they could not match the reference. I then asked for a refund as there was no space at the spa till July.
I made this request on the 5th of February... it is now April and I have had no feedback or response with regards to my refund.
This is disgusting and totally pathetic service.
I will never buy another groupon voucher... its nothing more than a!!!
