Terrible service, who is to blame?

819489 07-01-2013 Handy car vacuum cleaner including national delivery (worth R450) 1 R 199.00 Successful

I have today only received this item, broken and 3 months late.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain my absolute lack of faith or respect in a company that issues
incorrect items, 3 months late, in a state of disrepair.
I am ever so sorry I did not ask for the refund when offered, as now I have nothing to look forward to.

I have available photographs of unopened packaging and items received, clearly showing the damages.
I do understand there where supplier and post-office problems, but those are not my problems.
Please let me know how you intend to rectify this situation.
