NO DELIVERY - ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER!!!

with great disapointment in WICOUNT, i write this...

i purchased an item in SEPTEMBER 2013 and todate have not received the item... almost 3 MONTHS LATER, the tracking site status remains the same. I spoke to Boipelo Motlhabne 011-628-9681 and no one bothered to investigate this matter and advise me whether i am ever going to receive these items or not...

is this WICOUNT standard??? why is the service so PATHETIC at WICOUNT??? why is staff not courteous enough to investigate on items OUTSTANDING DELIVERY FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS???
