I have been using the services of Office National for a couple of years now, and noticed that on the majority of orders placed, that the full order is never delivered! The latest order received is also missing items, however in this instance the items were checked off by there staff that pack the order. All items recorded by Office National as packed, were incorrect, as some marked items were not in fact packed! When calling to make a complaint, the whole situation was not handled professionally by the Office National Wadeville group. My receptionist Placed the call to make the complaint, and when doing so, the receptionist at Office National forgot to place the call on hold and proceeded to make a joke at my receptionist expense. Over the past few months many queries have been made as to items not being delivered, and orders being delivered in bit and pieces.
Very disappointing behaviour.
