NO DELIVERY AND NO REFUND - Since December 2012

I ordered a Night Night Tortoise light for my son in December last year, waited the 2 to 4 weeks it said I must wait and nothing came. I queried it (one day was on hold for 28 minutes!) and nothing happened, nobody came back to me after phoning and nobody responded to my countless emails.
When I did hear from somebody two weeks ago, there was no apology or explanation as to why I didn't have the item I had ordered.

Eventually, after the last email, I got an email saying they will refund me. I replied saying I paid via eft and not credit card so I wanted to know how they were going to refund me. They then asked for my bank details to do the refund. I am still waiting for my refund and have now followed up again.

There is zero customer service, they clearly don't need my business as they don't care about their customers! I find it totally unacceptable and will not ever be buying anything from Groupon again. They have my money and yet I am still sitting without the gift I purchased for my son!

I am now waiting for someone from senior management to contact me as this is totally unacceptable
