I ordered an MP3 player on 12 December 2012. To date I have received two emails with a tracking number however when I called the couriers responsible for delivery I was told they have not yet received the product from Groupon to dispatch??? Emails to Groupon are met with automated responses, however for the last 2 weeks after countless emails I have heard nothing. I am sick of waiting and I cannot even comment on poor customer service because the customer service is non-existent. All I want is a refund, I would rather buy my products elsewhere instead of having to wait weeks on end with no response for some knock off. Do not use Groupon they simply cannot handle their own business efficiently and professionally. So much for the new CPA...
