I have recently purchased two groupons for the Enchanted day spa. After a disgusting experience i left without having what i had paid for. I have emailed groupon TWICE regarding a credit but all i have received thus far are two reference numbers and an email asking me to rate their services!!! I have asked for a credit before my groupons were redeemed and i have recently noticed that the owner has redeemed the groupons which we have NOT used!! This is utter as far as i am concerned and i refused to be swindled by this so-called spa and Groupon!!! How long before Groupon or this spa credits or refunds me???
