I ordered a deal as a Christmas gift on the 30th November as per the emailer sent to me form GroupOn. When i then queried when my item would be received i was told to contact [URL Removed] as they were shipping the item. The last correspondence stated i would receive the item on the 14th December and nothing arrived. On the 14th January I contacted Groupon and they told me they would refund me and that the refunds department would contact me that afternoon for my banking details. 2 days later i have not heard anything further. Besides being extremely angry that i had to find a substitute gift in December because Groupon and their partners dont keep their promises, i must now sit and wait for someone to contact me for a refund!!!
This is the last time i ever use this service and will advise my friends considering partnering with Groupon to avoid this if this is how they treat their customers
