I requested a refund from groupon two weeks ago, even today I haven't received it. When I call the call centre, eventually after 20 minutes the agent answered my call. I asked her to check on the system for the status of my request, she put me on hold. 15 minutes passed and I ended up hanging up the phone.
I am just sick of groupon I don't know even know why people are still buying from Groupon.
