Around Nov 2012, I was approached by Dan Palay from Wicount saying that the previous owner for the biz I bought used them quiet a bit b4 & thawt I wud b interested in doing the same. Firstly, the amount I received as a merchant verbally was not what was given to me in writing.
Secondly, 2months ago I captured all the voucher's details on their system & was told payment will be made in 2wks. This was a big lie & 2mnths later, I still haven't received payment. After sending numerous occasions of emailing Dan, Lee-anne from acct, & Lebogang etc, I still haven't received the monies that was supposed to be paid to me.
They are a rip of to us merchants who think that they will help us grow our biz."
