I placed an order for the teeth whitening gel pens more than a month ago and still haven't received anything. The wicount stated that I didn't have to contact the supplier as the product will be sent. I still haven't received anything and haven't received any communication.
I think it is pathetic as this is now the second time that I have ordered something through wicount were I had to follow up to receive a product I PAID for already.
