I ordered a "trunk organizer and cooler" for my sisters birthday and had it delivered to her office in Paarl. This morning she received the gift, and when she opened it, it was dirty and the side was ripped. Obviously I was totally disgusted. I told her that I will get it replaced and then called Groupon, which they replied that they can refund, but can't replace.
I thought the whole idea of Groupon was to feel save about ordering things online. It's fine that they made a mistake with the gift, but I feel that they should take responsibility for it, and take the loss by replacing my gift.
I will never be comfortable buying products again, and I will tell everyone about this experience.
